General Terms and Conditions

1) Conclusion of contract
The customer's order constitutes an offer. An order is only possible if all mandatory fields marked with * in the order form are completed. If information is missing or if we are unable to fulfill the order for other reasons, the customer will receive an error message.
Once we have received the order, the customer will be notified of receipt of the order via the e-mail address provided. This notification does not constitute acceptance of the offer on our part.
A contract is only concluded when we have confirmed by e-mail that the ordered goods have been sent to the customer. Only the goods listed in this confirmation e-mail are part of the contract.
The purchase contract is not saved by us. The GTC in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded shall apply.
Deviating terms and conditions shall not be recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity. Amendments and supplements to the contractual relationship and any waiver of claims arising from the contractual relationship must be made in writing.
2) Contract language
It is possible to conclude the purchase contract in German. The ordering and business language is also German.
3) Target countries
Our offer is aimed exclusively at customers with legal capacity and domicile or habitual residence in Austria and other countries of the European Union.
4) Prices and shipping costs
All prices are total prices. They include all taxes including VAT and duties but exclude shipping costs. The shipping costs are listed in our shipping costs overview .
5) Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods: PayPal and credit card (Mastercard & Visa).
6) Labeling errors
Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices on this website are correct, errors may occur. If we find an error in the price of any item ordered by a customer, we will notify that customer as soon as possible so that the customer has the opportunity to confirm their order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact the customer, we will consider the order as canceled. In the event of cancellation, the full amount will be credited.
7) Warranty
Complaints based on statutory warranty claims or other complaints can be made using the contact form available on the website.
Minor color deviations of the goods shown on the website are due to technical reasons. Claims for defects do not exist insofar as the change is reasonable for the customer.
8) Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, we ask our customers to complain to the deliverer immediately and to contact us as soon as possible. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for the statutory warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.
9) Delivery period
The delivery time varies depending on the product and is indicated in the respective product description. The information on delivery times only applies to Austria and does not take into account delays caused by the postal service or force majeure, for which we cannot be held liable.
10) Exclusion of liability for slight negligence
Claims for damages in cases of slight negligence are excluded. This does not apply to personal injury or damage to items accepted for processing or to product liability claims.
11) Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
12) Applicable law
Austrian law shall apply. Austrian law shall apply exclusively to all legal transactions, to the exclusion of its conflict of law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, insofar as there are no mandatory statutory provisions to the contrary.
14. severability clause
Should one or more provisions of these GTC be legally invalid in the opinion of a competent court, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provisions.
