COSME TABLADA MORENO
Cosme Tablada Moreno comes from La Habana, Cuba. He began his ballet training at the National Ballet School of Cuba at the age of ten. He completed his training in 2016 and became a member of the Ballet Nacional de Cuba under the direction of Alicia Alonso. There he performed in classical works such as Don Quixote, Swan Lake and Giselle, as well as in neoclassical pieces by choreographers such as Cathy Marston, Alexei Ratmansky and Annabelle Lopez Ochoa.
In 2022, he moved to Ballet Ireland and danced in pieces by Christopher Bruce, Marguerite Donlon and Filipe Portugal. Since 2023 he has been part of the Tivoli Ballet in Copenhagen.
From December 2023 Cosme became a permanent ensemble member of the newly founded Limonada Enrique Gasa Valga Dance Company and was seen in Lágrimas Negras as the soul of Chucho Valdés, The Great Gatsby at the Deutsches Theater Munich as well as in Monte-Carlo, in Der Fall Wagner (Festspielhaus Erl - Tirol) as King Ludwig II and in Frida Kahlo - Pasión por la vida (Deutsches Theater Munich) as Josephine Baker.
In the 2024/25 season, he will appear as a guest in Frida Kahlo - Pasión por la vida and in Lágrimas Negras.
